DESCRIZIONEDa una strada comunale si accede direttamente alla proprietà dopo aver attraversato un appezzamento ad olivi sempre di proprietà. L'edificio principale, con ampio piazzale, si trova in una posizione panoramica, con vista sulla costa e sul Lago di Massaciuccoli, a circa 200 mt slm con esposizione a sud. La proprietà si trova in una situazione climaticamente favorevole, in questa zona la pioggia insiste meno. Vi è molto verde intorno, la proprietà digrada sul davanti in un bosco, con il terreno in dolce declivio. Distanti, ai lati, si stendono due costoni collinosi, molto boscosi, che riparano dalla vista. La proprietà si estende per circa 36.000 mq (3,6 ha) costituiti da oliveto e da bosco. DESCRIPTIONThe access to the property from the nearby village is over a tarred road that leads through the properties own olives groves. The main building with its large courtyard is situated in a panoramic south side position at about 200 m above sea level with a view towards the coast and the Lago di Massaciuccoli. The property is in a climatically favorable area where it does not rain much. The environment is very green, the property is developing on a soft hill at the border of vast woodland. More distant, to the sides there are green hill slopes that protect the place from insight. The extension of the property is 36,000 sqm (3.6 ha) and includes olive groves and woods. The main building with its three levels is a beautiful construction in natural stone whose foundations go back to about 1000 a.C. . It has to restored, but during the years there have been made various consolidation works to maintain the structure. There are about 700 sqm of net area, divided in three habitable units, but in the same corpus (buildings #1 and #2). There is further a rural building of 90 sqm (#3) that once contained stalls.
